Keystone International, Inc. (Keystone) is an Albuquerque-based Woman-Owned Small Business specializing in the areas of organizational development, project management and technical support services. Keystone provides a full range of management consulting, technical support and temporary help services designed to assist our clients when confronting the demands of limited resources, advancing technology, and a changing workforce.

Michelle Detry

President

Michelle Detry, President, holds a Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Michelle oversees the day-to-day operations, as well as leads the organizational development consulting services. Michelle’s organizational expertise includes organizational assessments, program design and development, coaching and mentoring, facilitation and organizational consulting. She is also the founder of Bully Free Work, a cooperative program to reduce workplace conflict and dysfunction and to create great places to work.

Michelle is a Certified Program Planner, Mediator and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigator. She has been recognized by the New Mexico Business Weekly as a 40 Under Forty, Top Performing CEO and Woman of Influence. She is a graduate of Leadership Albuquerque and is active in several professional development associations and non-profit organizations in board and volunteer roles. Michelle spends her free-time traveling and loves to be in the outdoors hiking, biking and doing service projects.

Grace Solis

Organizational Development Director

Grace Solis, Director of Organizational Development, has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management. Grace manages Keystone’s organizational development consulting projects as well as the human resources department. She has experience managing complex projects that incorporate multiple consultants.

Grace is a certified Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigator and has specific training in the area of mediation. Grace has her Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC) certification and has earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification via the International Coach Federation. Grace served as the 2019 President for the ICF New Mexico chapter. She is the recipient of the New Mexico Business Weekly 40 Under Forty award and a graduate of the Next Step Leader Mentoring Program. Grace is a swim mom, youth volunteer, and enjoys reading and writing in her spare time.

Billy Marshall

Director of Operations and Facility Security Officer

Billy Marshall, Director of Operations and Facility Security Officer, holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering. Billy is responsible for oversight of the technical consulting services delivered to our clients. Billy works closely with Mission Support and Test Services (MSTS) to negotiate and ensure Keystone provides timely and efficient technical support for the important National Security missions at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS). Billy is responsible for Keystone’s overall security and safety programs and works to develop new business avenues.

After more than 34 years, Billy retired from Sandia National Laboratories as a Center Director, and in 2017 he joined the Keystone team. He has extensive experience in working with and building programs for the NNSA and other government agencies and in running large operations. Billy has conducted research and led programs in the areas of nuclear reactor power safety, explosives component design, security of weapon systems, weapons of mass destruction proliferation, and counter-terrorism and arms control, and was an active member of NNSA’s Nuclear Incident Response Team. In his spare time, Billy enjoys woodworking, photography, gardening, and traveling to remote outdoor areas and National parks.

Patti Cover

Operations Manager

Patti Cover, Operations Manager, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Learning & Instructional Technologies as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Patti administers the Workplace Substance Abuse Program, serves as the ES&H Program Advisor and assists the Facility Security Officer. She also provides human resources and operational support to both the Technical Services and Organizational Development divisions.

After a 32-year career at Sandia National Laboratories, Patti joined Keystone in 2018. Her experience includes budget and financial management, human resources, facility and space management, security operations and managing office operations. In Patti’s spare time she enjoys scrapbooking, traveling and spending time with her family.

Beth Ulibarri

Chief Financial Officer

Beth Ulibarri, Keystone’s Chief Financial Officer, holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance and a Master’s of Business Administration. Beth has worked in the finance and accounting fields for over 28 years, including 19 years working for Keystone. As CFO, Beth is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations, including managing employee payroll, filing all quarterly and annual tax reports, and producing corporate financial statements. She also provides support in managing contracts, including monitoring task order budgets and providing timely reporting of required documents under the contracts.

Beth serves on the Investment Committee for the University of New Mexico Foundation and is active in the local Multiple Sclerosis community, where she participates in the annual New Mexico MS Bike 150. In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and Golden Retriever. She also enjoys swimming, biking and running, and has completed 18 marathons and 4 Ironman triathlons.

Tyler Kuzio

Office Manager

Tyler Kuzio, Office Manager, manages the daily operations of the office and support of our employees and subcontractors, as well as contract monitoring, payroll and time reporting, invoicing, and IT support.

Prior to joining Keystone in 2015, Tyler spent over 10 years working in the Insurance and Financial Services industry, as well as handling the tax requirements, book keeping, accounting, payroll and invoicing for a small business in Albuquerque. Tyler enjoys spending time with family and is an avid consumer of current events.
